EMW is seeking a L3 Support Engineer for COTS Applications in a NATO-related environment. The role involves deploying and managing server apps on Windows/Linux, integrating with identity providers, and supporting end-user workstations.

You will monitor KPIs, perform security-aligned operations, and coordinate with NCIA and vendor teams to resolve incidents. The position requires strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, SQL Server, IIS, cloud platforms, and AI/LLM integration.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-user devices and OSs (Windows, Android, iOS).
• Experience managing Windows and Linux server infrastructure and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and IIS based web apps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD concepts.

Responsabilités

• COTS Application Support and incident resolution per SLA.
• Deploy and manage server applications on Windows/Linux servers.
• Integrate apps with identity providers and EntraID groups/roles.
• Support end-user workstations and deployment of client apps.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain security alignments with CIS/NATO requirements.
• Coordinate with NCIA and vendor teams for issue resolution.
