EMW is seeking a skilled L3 Support Engineer for COTS applications to join our NATO-related ops in Belgium. The role requires deploying server apps, integrating with identity providers, and active participation in security compliance and AI initiatives.

You will work in a hybrid model (50% on-site) with strict NATO/NCIA security guidelines, supporting end-user environments and incident resolution across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• End-user devices running Windows/Android/iOS, with strong AD knowledge.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server environments and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM concepts, cloud deployment, and security compliance.

Responsabilités

• COTS application support and incident management per SLA.
• Deploy and manage server apps on Windows/Linux.
• Integrate apps with identity providers and EntraID groups.
• Support AI-based solutions and CIS/NATO compliance.
• Monitor and report KPIs; provide second/third-level user support.
