EMW in Belgium seeks a L3 Support Engineer for COTS Applications to deploy and manage server applications on Windows and Linux, integrate with identity providers, and support end-user workstations.

The role covers cloud configuration (Azure/AWS), AI-related activities, incident logging, escalation, knowledge base management and cross‑functional collaboration with NCIA and NATO teams, with NATO SECRET clearance required.

Qualifications

• L3 support for COTS applications and related AI tasks.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server environments and AD.
• Ability to work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and identity providers.
• Security aware, with NATO-related compliance understanding.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and manage server applications on Windows and Linux.
• Integrate applications with identity providers and manage end-user workstations.
• Gather and report KPIs for system performance.
• Operate in NATO NCIA/CIS environment and support teams.
• Log incidents and ensure SLA adherence; escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge base; share best practices with the team.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery and Project Managers on changes.
