Job summary

Stater Belgium is seeking a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to connect with clients and grow strategic relationships. You will work with Operations, IT, Risk and Legal to deliver high-quality services and actively pursue commercial opportunities.

You will manage client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and lead commercial meetings while collaborating with internal teams to meet contractual commitments and KPIs. Fluency in Dutch and French, plus English, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B account management, preferably within financial services or loan servicing.
• Strong understanding of how financial institutions operate and challenges they face.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with analytical, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Act as trusted point of contact and strategic business partner for clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and service quality; drive improvements where needed.
• Organise and lead commercial meetings and periodic client reviews.
• Link between clients and internal teams; monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate client requests and commercial initiatives with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements, innovation and new opportunities.
