HumanInTech in Antwerp is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead public-sector technology initiatives from initiation to completion. You will plan, coordinate teams and stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of IT project management experience in complex environments, strong PM skills, and fluent Dutch. French and English are a plus; Belgian public sector experience is advantageous.

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

What you will do

You will lead IT projects for a Belgian public-sector organisation, managing initiatives from start to finish. Your responsibilities include planning, coordinating teams and stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

You will work closely with technical teams, business units, and external partners to define requirements, manage risks, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience as an IT project manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes
• Experience in the public sector is an advantage
• Fluency in Dutch is required; knowledge of French and English is a plus

This role is based in Antwerp. The assignment starts mid-October 2026. Further details on duration, working arrangements, and languages will be discussed during the selection process.
