HumanInTech in Antwerp is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead public-sector technology initiatives from initiation to completion. You will plan, coordinate teams and stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of IT project management experience in complex environments, strong PM skills, and fluent Dutch. French and English are a plus; Belgian public sector experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, delivering complex tech projects.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT projects for a Belgian public-sector organisation from start to finish.
• Plan, coordinate teams and stakeholders, monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Define requirements, manage risks and communicate effectively across the organisation.
