Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years as a project leader in infrastructure or software development.
• Expertise with Prince2 or PMBok methodologies.
• Extensive experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficient with Jira or Azure DevOps for project/backlog management.
• Strong release, test and quality management understanding in IT environments.

Our client, a leading organization in the public technology sector, is looking for an experienced professional to lead complex IT and software development projects. The role focuses on guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, blending traditional project management with agile principles to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

• Plan and organize complex IT software development and implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project scope, timing, budget, capacity, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors within a multi-project delivery context.
• Facilitate release management, implementations, and migrations while ensuring rigorous quality control.
• Provide transparent status reporting and decision-making data for management and stakeholders.
• Implement and professionalize agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban across teams.

• You have a Master's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• You bring 5+ years of experience as a project leader in infrastructure or software development projects.
• You possess expertise in project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBok.
• You have extensive experience with agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• You bring proficiency in project and backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• You possess a strong understanding of release, test, and quality management within IT environments.
• You have experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams, projects, and stakeholders.
• You're able to translate business needs into technical solutions while managing budget and capacity.
• You are proactive, analytical, and possess excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• You are native in Dutch with professional knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
