Pauwels Consulting seeks an IT Lab Support Engineer to manage critical laboratory IT infrastructure across multiple sites. You will ensure stability, security, and performance of laboratory systems supporting vital innovation projects.

You will provide frontline and advanced support for workstations, instruments, and IT infrastructure, and lead initiatives with global teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement new solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems for desktop and server environments.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and routing concepts.
• Experience with Active Directory, identity management, and endpoint software deployment.
• Knowledge of corporate security frameworks, vulnerability management, and patch management.
• Fluent in Dutch with fluency in English.

Responsabilités
