Koda Tech is seeking a Freelance Senior Support Engineer for a long-term transformation project in Belgium. The role focuses on Windows infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity, delivering 2nd/3rd line support across complex environments.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows servers and AD, managing DNS/DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and Microsoft 365, and monitoring security incidents. Excellent English and Dutch required; START ASAP. Full-time hours in a freelance contract.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Senior Support / Infrastructure Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft technologies.
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and switching.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and access control.

Responsabilités

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Windows servers, desktops, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, connectivity, and security issues.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts, vulnerabilities, and security incidents.
• Implement security controls, patching, endpoint protection, and access management.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem and incident management.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology improvement projects.

The role will focus on maintaining secure and reliable IT environments, resolving complex technical issues, and supporting infrastructure improvements.
