Job summary
Mobilexpense is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to strengthen the Office IT team across Europe. You will manage the Digital Workplace, Identity & Access Management, Jira/Confluence, and internal SaaS platforms while collaborating with teams on optimization, automation, and governance.
You’ll own internal platforms, support day-to-day operations, and contribute to projects improving how employees work. Strong English, automation interest, and ownership mindset are valued.
Qualifications
- Several years of IT engineering, system engineering, or digital workplace experience.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity management.
- Experience managing Windows endpoints with Intune.
Responsibilities
- Administer and continuously improve Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Manage Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and maintain SSO integrations and IAM workflows.
- Administer Jira and Confluence environments and related SaaS platforms (HubSpot).
- Participate in IT support, operations, and procurement processes.
- Lead or contribute to internal IT projects and automation initiatives.
