ITS Group Benelux is seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Project Manager to lead workplace transformation initiatives in a complex enterprise setting. You will drive projects focused on collaboration, productivity, governance, user adoption, and employee experience while aligning with IT standards and business objectives.

The role requires strong IT project/program management expertise, hands-on Microsoft 365/Azure experience, and a track record delivering Digital Workplace programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT Project Management & Program Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Digital Workplace projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, risks, governance, and reporting.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Drive Digital Workplace roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, usage, employee experience, and business value.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace platforms and processes.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior management.
