TiTANS België is seeking an IAM & Security Automation Specialist focused on SailPoint and Windows environments. You will provide operational support for IAM initiatives, maintain SailPoint, automate certificate lifecycles, and develop PowerShell/Python scripts to improve security processes.

The role requires 5+ years in IAM and Windows enterprise environments, with strong scripting and a fluency in French or Dutch (and knowledge of the other language).

Qualifications

• Senior level with 5+ years in System Administration or IAM
• Experience automating IT or security processes using scripting (PowerShell/Python)
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), including lifecycle, provisioning, governance
• Hands-on SailPoint experience in an enterprise IAM environment
• Experience with access reviews, RBAC, and role modelling
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (change management)
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication technologies and protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, OIDC, SSO)
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or NIST security frameworks
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch)
• Proven experience in Windows-based enterprise environments

IAM & Security Automation Specialist - SailPoint / Windows

Within the infra team, de organisatie is looking for an IAM & Security Automation Specialist to provide operational and technical support to ongoing security projects and initiatives.

The consultant will mainly contribute to activities related to Identity & Access Management (IAM), with a particular focus on the support and evolution of the SailPoint environment, as well as the automation of security-related operational processes within a Microsoft Windows environment.

An important part of the assignment will consist of supporting the automation and improvement of the certificate lifecycle and certificate renewal processes, with the objective of reducing manual interventions, improving reliability and ensuring continuity of security services.

The consultant will work closely with Security, Infrastructure and Application teams and will combine hands-on technical activities with analysis, troubleshooting, process improvement and documentation.

Main responsibilities

• Providing technical and operational support for Identity & Access Management (IAM) related initiatives.
• Developing, supporting and maintaining the SailPoint environment, including investigation and resolution of IAM-related issues.
• Supporting IAM processes such as identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role management and access governance.
• Contributing to the automation of certificate lifecycle and certificate renewal activities within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Developing and maintaining automation scripts, particularly using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Supporting integration between IAM/security solutions and the existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to identities, authentication, access rights and security services.
• Supporting testing and implementation of security-related changes.
• Documenting technical solutions, operational procedures and automated processes.
• Collaborating with Security, Infrastructure, Application and other relevant technical teams.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of IAM and security operations.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch)
• Proven experience as a System Administrator (setup, management, and maintenance of systems) - 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience in automating IT or security operational processes using scripting technologies such as PowerShell, Python or equivalent
• Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including identity lifecycle, access management and/or identity governance - 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience providing operational or technical support for security and/or IAM solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience working in Microsoft Windows-based enterprise environments in the context of IT infrastructure, security or IAM.
• Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint in an enterprise IAM environment
• Experience with access review and periodic recertification processes
• Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), role modelling and/or role mining
• Knowledge and experience of the relevant ITIL processes (in particular change management)
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication technologies and protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, OIDC or SSO
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and/or NIST
