ITProposal is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID in Brussels. You will design IAM architectures, plan SSO migrations from legacy systems, and deliver clear documentation while engaging with customers to translate requirements into practical designs.

The role emphasizes hands-on migration work, testing sign-in flows, and adherence to Zero Trust principles, with strong emphasis on English communication and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant IAM experience.
• Experience designing and documenting IAM solutions.
• Proven ability to produce architecture diagrams and design documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and SSO migrations.
• Ability to plan migrations from legacy IAM systems to Entra ID.
• Strong testing skills for sign-in flows and access checks.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Produce clear design documents and architecture diagrams for IAM solutions.
• Plan and deliver application SSO migrations from legacy identity systems to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Participate in customer-facing sessions and translate requirements into practical IAM designs.
• Test core sign-in flows and access controls.
