Salt is seeking a Senior IT Agile Delivery Manager to lead complex technology transformations, primarily ERP and SaaS, across Finance and HR functions. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate multiple teams, and manage suppliers to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a bias for delivery, and fluency in English. The position is Brussels-based with hybrid work: 8 days onsite monthly and remaining days remote.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an IT Agile Delivery Manager or similar
• Proven end-to-end ownership of large technology transformations
• Experience with ERP, SaaS, and enterprise applications in Finance/HR domains
• Strong vendor and third-party supplier management
• Fluent professional English

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects or Epics across functions and suppliers
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps, scope and milestones
• Maintain integrated delivery plans including resources, budgets, risks, and environments
• Mobilise and lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, security, data and external partners
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams while upholding governance and security standards
• Provide clear reporting to sponsors and governance forums
• Drive testing, UAT, release, cutover, and benefits realization
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
