ITproposal in Brussels is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead development teams, manage delivery timelines and ensure effective collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires a strong technical background, fluent French and professional English, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, release management, and UML/BPMN diagrams. The position is hybrid, with three days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and release management.
• Technical background in software development (HTML, JS, CSS, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, React, WebAPI).
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Excellent planning, backlog management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with development, infrastructure, network and operations teams.
• Ability to challenge technical and business requirements; fluent in French and technical English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate IT development teams; ensure timelines and objectives are met.
• Act as Scrum Master; facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
• Prioritize the backlog with Product Owner/Business Analyst.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical work.
• Manage Azure DevOps for user stories, bugs, tasks and releases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure and operations.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain high-level project plans and schedules.
• Ensure alignment with architectural standards and IT constraints.
• Read and understand UML and BPMN diagrams.
• Monitor evolving technologies and adapt accordingly.
