Qualifications

• Significant experience as an IT Agile Delivery Manager or equivalent.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of large, complex technology transformations.
• Experience delivering ERP/SaaS/cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting Finance, HR, Risk, Audit, Compliance or Legal functions.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more complex technology projects or Epics.
• Translate objectives into delivery roadmaps, scope and milestones.
• Build integrated delivery plans covering resources, budgets, risks and environments.
• Mobilise and lead cross-functional teams including IT, architecture, security and data.
• Identify and manage cross-platform dependencies and delivery risks.
• Manage scope, RAID, changes and delivery challenges to resolution.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and governance forums.
• Ensure delivery meets security, architecture, data and procurement standards.
• Manage third-party software, SaaS and cloud suppliers throughout delivery.
• Provide concise reporting to sponsors and governance bodies.
• Drive quality through testing, UAT, release and transition to operations.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business and technology.
