A leading multitechnical solutions provider is undergoing a large-scale SAP transformation. As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you'll take ownership of strategic SAP projects, driving them forward with a hands-on approach. You'll be part of a project management team of approximately 20 colleagues in an open culture with high expectations on autonomy and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-related internal projects end-to-end: scope, planning, budget, risks, and delivery
• Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Procurement & Operations teams
• Work with ERP and architecture teams as well as external partners
• Drive projects impacting finance & controlling, payroll, time tracking, and supplier processes
• Actively contribute to process harmonization and governance
• Manage stakeholders in a multilingual and complex organization
• Report to management, CIO, and steering committees

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in IT or SAP project management
• Proven experience with SAP transformations or migration projects
• Broad knowledge of the SAP environment (end-to-end overview)
• Strong technical affinity; development background is a plus
• Hands-on mentality: a doer who gets projects moving
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple entities
• Professionally fluent in Dutch, French, and English
