Asenium Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Change Manager to oversee production changes, minimize business disruption and safeguard information systems in a hybrid Brussels setup.

The role covers qualification of change requests, risk assessment, CAB coordination, and ensuring rollback plans; dates 26 October 2026 to 26 January 2027. Candidates should have 8+ years IT/organizational development, ITIL/COBIT, ITSM ServiceNow, DR/BC/HA, and strong stakeholder skills.

Formación

• 8+ years of IT change/organizational development experience.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL and COBIT processes.
• Knowledge of production resilience: disaster recovery, business continuity and high availability.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong IT infrastructure, production operations and IT security knowledge.
• Ability to develop and adapt processes with performance indicators.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify change requests and ensure quality, timely submission, testing and validation.
• Assess change risks and verify rollback plans are documented and tested where required.
• Manage changes throughout their lifecycle, from submission to closure, including post-implementation reviews.
• Organize or participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB).
• Identify conflicts between changes and coordinate suitable production deployment dates.
• Ensure accurate change records, communicate schedules and risks, and escalate significant production changes.
• Monitor process compliance, produce change statistics and continuously improve processes and performance indicators.
• Act as the change management reference point, share good practices and support change management tool users.
