Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food in Belgium offers an Intern Assistant Brand Manager opportunity. You will support the Marketing team in developing and implementing plans to boost performance and visibility of iconic beverage brands, with involvement in brand performance analysis, launches, packaging updates and activations.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will contribute to campaigns, analyse market trends, prepare briefs, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Food & Beverage industry and knowledge of our brands.
• Initial experience in marketing, sales or an FMCG environment.
• Ability to analyse and interpret commercial and market data.
• Proficiency in Nielsen Answers Desktop.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical, organisational and collaboration skills.
• Autonomy and ability to manage priorities.
• Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience with budget management, SAP, communication or activation projects would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and monitoring of marketing plans.
• Contribute to product launches and packaging updates.
• Analyse brand performance and market trends using sell-in and sell-out data.
• Conduct competitor monitoring and regular field observations.
• Independently manage the free goods budget within the agreed framework.
• Contribute to brand visibility across communication channels.
• Prepare agency briefs and monitor campaign delivery.
• Collaborate on brand activation projects with internal teams and external agencies.
• Prioritise activities with the Brand Manager and adapt to evolving business needs.
