Job summary

BMW Group Belux is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to transform complex data into meaningful insights that guide action and business decisions. You will build reports, dashboards, and visualizations, ensuring data quality and accessibility across the organization.

You will partner with local and international stakeholders, acting as a trusted analytics advisor while exploring new technologies including AI/ML to drive a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across all levels.
• Experience with BI tools, data analytics methodologies, and data warehouse concepts.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
