Job summary

Bimona is seeking a Senior HRIS Solution Architect to lead SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors initiatives for a Brussels-based railway infrastructure manager. The contract is time & material, full-time, with start targeted 3 January 2027 and a project end of 31 December 2031, totaling about 9,000 hours.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HRIS/architecture, 5 years in SAP HCM solutions (SuccessFactors and HCM), 5 years with SAP BTP, and 5 years with SuccessFactors extensions, with Dutch or French

Responsibilities

• Act as Solution Architect for the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems.
• Advise the HR business partner on integration with other systems (BTP technology).
• Advise on the extensibility of SuccessFactors.
• Advise on the extensibility of SAP HCM, in particular the design of Fiori applications.

Senior HRIS Solution Architect for the HR systems of a public transportation organisation in Brussels. Time & material, January 2027 to December 2031. Full-time. Dutch or French required.

Description

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Solution Architect for the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems of a railway infrastructure manager in Brussels. The assignment is full-time, on a time & material basis, and starts preferably on 3 January 2027. It runs until 31 December 2031, for an estimated 9,000 hours.

You have at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years as Solution Architect in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, and you speak Dutch or French at C1 level. You advise the HR business partner on integration, extensibility and IAM.
