Discover Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a major HR transformation programme in the Antwerp region. You will collaborate with HR, IT and SAP specialists to develop and roll out SuccessFactors solutions on site.

The role blends hands-on configuration with business-facing duties, including workshops, requirements gathering and guiding deployments across Europe. This is a long-term freelance engagement. English is required; Dutch is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on functional and configuration experience.
• Experience delivering SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts or major optimisation projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Support the configuration and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Gather and analyse requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Lead or support functional workshops.
• Translate HR requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support implementation, rollout and enhancement activities.
• Configure workflows, business rules and system functionality.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and go-live activities.
• Investigate and resolve functional issues.
• Work with technical teams on integrations with wider HR and SAP systems.
• Provide functional guidance and SuccessFactors best-practice advice.
• Support documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a HR transformation programme with a large international organisation in the Antwerp region.

The organisation has a significant workforce across multiple European locations and is continuing to develop and standardise its HR processes and SuccessFactors landscape.

The Role

You will work closely with HR, IT and other SAP specialists to support the continued development, optimisation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across the organisation.

The role will combine hands-on functional consulting with business-facing responsibilities, supporting stakeholders throughout the design and delivery of SuccessFactors solutions.

Your Experience

We Are Looking For Consultants With

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong hands-on functional and configuration experience
• Experience delivering SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts or major optimisation projects
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Experience gathering requirements and leading business workshops
• Ability to work directly with senior HR and IT stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Professional English is required, Dutch is beneficial.
