Job summary

act digital is seeking a Solution Architect specialized in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors to advise the HR BRM on integration with BTP, extensibility of SuccessFactors and HCM, and IAM. The role emphasizes SAP Fiori UX design and S/4HANA migration experience to support enterprise HR processes.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in SAP HCM/SF, BTP, extensions, and SAP Fiori, contributing to a seamless HR IT landscape and modern employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect in SAP HCM solutions (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM): at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP): at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors extensions: at least 5 years.
• Experience designing SAP Fiori applications, with a focus on user experience: at least 5 years.
• Experience in S/4HANA environments, particularly migration: at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center: at least 5 years.
• Experience configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM): at least 5 years.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors WorkZone: at least 5 years.
• Expertise in configuring SAP Fiori Launchpad: at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Advise the HR Business Relationship Manager on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors topics including integration with SAP BTP.
• Support extensibility of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, especially SAP Fiori UI design for better UX.
• Lead Identity and Access Management configurations across SAP ecosystems.
• Contribute to SAP Fiori Launchpad configurations and SAP WorkZone implementations.

Solution Architect for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems, advising the HR Business Relationship Manager (BRM HR) on the following topics:

• Integration with other systems (SAP Business Technology Platform – BTP).
• Extensibility of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Extensibility of SAP HCM, particularly the design of SAP Fiori applications.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Technical Skills and Requirements

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

Languages

• Dutch or French: C1 - Advanced proficiency.
• The other national language (French or Dutch): B2 - Upper-intermediate proficiency.
• English: C1 - Advanced proficiency in understanding, writing, and reading.
