Job summary

The ReInvent Group is seeking an experienced Lead SAP HR Solution Architect to direct the strategic design and modernization of the client’s HR technology landscape. You will steer multi-year digital transformation initiatives across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP, acting as the principal architectural advisor to HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience across SAP HR/HCM enterprise landscapes.
• At least 5 years as a dedicated Solutions Architect bridging on-premise SAP HCM and cloud SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP integration, extension suites and cloud services.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Fiori, Launchpad administration and UX design.
• Experience with S/4HANA transformations including ECC-to-S/4 migrations.
• Hands-on architecture for SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center (ECSC).
• Security IAM experience: SSO and user provisioning in hybrid SAP landscapes.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP HR Solution Architect to direct the strategic design, modernisation, and enterprise integration of our client’s core Human Resources technology landscape. In this leadership role, you will act as the principal architectural advisor to the HR department, driving multi-year digital transformation initiatives spanning SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Location: Brussels (Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote per week)

Core Responsibilities & Advisory Scope

• Strategic Architecture & Roadmapping: Define target-state enterprise architecture for the global HR ecosystem, aligning on-premise SAP HCM environments with cloud-native SuccessFactors modules and S/4HANA migrations.
• Enterprise Integration: Architect robust, scalable integration pipelines between SAP HR suites and third-party enterprise platforms leveraging SAP BTP integration suites and APIs.
• Design clean-core side-by-side extensions using SAP BTP and native SuccessFactors extension frameworks.
• Oversee SAP HCM on-premise extensibility with a strong emphasis on user-centric SAP Fiori application design and modern UX standards.
• Digital Workplace & Experience: Lead the rollout and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone and SAP Fiori Launchpad to deliver unified digital employee experiences.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Architect secure identity governance, authentication, and access provisioning across hybrid HR application estates.
• Employee Service Delivery: Oversee architectural design and rollout for SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center (ECSC).

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience Profile

• Overall Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience across SAP HR/HCM enterprise landscapes.
• Architectural Leadership: At least 5 years operating as a dedicated Solution Architect bridging both on-premise SAP HCM and cloud SAP SuccessFactors.
• Specialist Competencies (Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in each area):
• SAP BTP: Hands-on architecture covering integration, extension suites, and cloud platform services.
• SAP Fiori & UX: Full lifecycle Fiori application architecture, Launchpad administration, and UX design.
• S/4HANA Transformations: Direct architectural experience within S/4HANA environments, including ECC-to-S/4 migration pathways.
• SuccessFactors Core & Support: Hands-on architecture involving SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center.
• Security & IAM: In-depth configuration of enterprise IAM, SSO, and user provisioning within hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Digital Workspaces: Architecture and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone.

Language Requirements

• Mandatory: Professional fluency (C1 level minimum) in either French or Dutch.
• Working professional proficiency in English is expected.
