Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives for a major public transport client in Brussels. You will steer complex HR projects from design to implementation, ensuring alignment with budget, regulations, and stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in project management in large organizations, extensive SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors experience, and strong PM²/PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in large organizations
• Extensive SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors project experience
• Led at least 5 large-scale projects (>1 year)
• Strong understanding of PM methods: PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Functional analysis skills to translate HR requirements into tech specs
• HRIS architecture and data integration knowledge
• Experience managing teams in complex project environments
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (min B2)

Responsibilities

• Steer HR projects from design through implementation while ensuring alignment with guidelines and budgets
• Manage project progress by reporting milestones, identifying issues, and implementing solutions
• Collaborate with SMEs, IT, and analysts to deliver HR software solutions
• Conduct process reviews to assess impact on applications, data, reporting, and org structures
• Develop training and change-management materials to enable adoption
• Manage team activities, workloads, and priorities to meet objectives
