In4Matic is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead complex HR technology initiatives in a transformation environment. You will connect business stakeholders, IT, and HR SMEs to guide projects from design through implementation, ensuring objectives and data integrity are aligned.

You will manage delivery, report to steering committees, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into robust solutions while guiding change management across the organization.

Formación

• 10+ years as a Project Manager in large Belgian organizations.
• Proven SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors project delivery experience.
• Led at least 5 major HR technology initiatives, each >1 year.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Agile.
• Fluent Dutch, French and English (B2+).

Function

We’re looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our client’s transformation environment and take the lead on complex HR technology and process initiatives. You’ll be the connecting force between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams and project members, guiding projects from initial design through implementation while ensuring that business objectives, technical requirements and change impacts remain aligned.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and overall project quality.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify issues and dependencies, and drive solutions and decisions to keep projects on track.
• Provide clear and timely reporting to steering committees and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with HR subject matter experts and IT teams to translate business needs into successful solutions.
• Ensure projects are supported by thorough process and impact assessments, covering business processes, applications, data and reporting.
• Collaborate with business, process, data and reporting specialists to assess the impact of proposed changes.
• Coordinate change management activities, including the preparation of communication and training materials to support adoption.
• Manage project team members, priorities and workload, follow up on progress and provide guidance where required.
• Build strong relationships across the organization and contribute to the development of a modern, future-oriented HR environment.

Profile & Experience

• More than 10 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager within large Belgian organizations, preferably in environments with 10,000+ employees and a combination of statutory and contractual workers.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Experience as Project Manager on at least 5 major HR technology projects, each with a duration of more than one year.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Agile approaches.
• Excellent understanding of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including HR processes, system capabilities, integrations and data structures.
• Good understanding of HRIS architecture, including HR applications and internal or external data suppliers and consumers.
• Strong functional analysis skills, with the ability to understand business requirements, assess process impacts, challenge requirements and translate needs into clear functional solutions.
• Strong team management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate decision-making.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English, with a minimum B2 level in each language.

You are comfortable operating in complex environments, can challenge solution designs when needed and have the communication skills to bring diverse stakeholders together.
