Job summary

Pauwels Consulting in Brussels is seeking an experienced HR Project Leader to drive strategic HR initiatives for a large public transport organization. You will steer projects from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with functional, technical, and budgetary guidelines.

You will collaborate with IT teams and analysts, manage milestones, and develop training materials to support adoption. Fluency in Dutch, French and English (min B2) is required; hybrid work up to 5 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Project Manager in large organizations (>10,000 employees).
• Extensive SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors project experience.
• Led at least 5 large-scale projects (>1 year).
• Strong knowledge of PM²/PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile.
• Functional analysis skills translating HR needs to specs.
• Good understanding of HRIS architecture and data integration.
• Experience managing teams in complex projects.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (min B2).

Responsibilities

• Steer HR projects from design through implementation, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Manage project progress by reporting milestones and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with SMEs, IT teams, and analysts to ensure successful HR software delivery.
• Conduct process reviews to assess impact on applications, data, and reporting.
• Develop training and communication materials to support organizational change.
• Manage team activities, workloads, and priorities to meet objectives.
