Pauwels Consulting seeks an HR Business Analyst to ensure HR applications and master data align with evolving organizational needs within a Belgian public sector context. You will optimize HR processes, oversee data quality, and lead implementations in a complex digital environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating HR application changes, translating requirements into functional specs, maintaining HR master data, monitoring data quality, and leading UAT with end-to-end test scenarios.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR process digitalization across multiple organizations.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Lead Consultant for SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Time, including integrations with peripheral systems.
• Practical experience with the implementation of SuccessFactors modules such as Onboarding, Performance & Goal Management, Learning Management, or Succession Management.
• Demonstrated experience as a lead consultant for UAT within a SuccessFactors Employee Central project environment.
• Extensive background as an HR Business Analyst within the Belgian public sector, specifically managing HR for statutory and contractual workers.
• Functional knowledge of SAP HR data models and complex HR data structures.
• Strong expertise in functional analysis, including the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down high-level business requirements into detailed designs.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (minimum C2) with at least B1 level in the other language and C1 level in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate changes to HR applications by analyzing business needs and designing solutions that streamline internal processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and handover assignments to technical teams for implementation.
• Maintain and expand HR master data structures, including organizational models and job catalogs.
• Monitor the quality of operational HR data and implement improvement actions such as updated guidelines or system adjustments.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining end-to-end test scenarios and validating final solutions.
• Manage the go-live of specific application modules such as digital leave requests and performance management cycles.
