USG Professionals Belgium is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst with strong HR experience to support a major HR planning and workforce transformation programme. You will work with HR and business stakeholders to understand current processes and define the future-state solution.

You will document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, gather requirements, and help shape solutions for shift planning, holiday and capacity planning, ensuring clear traceability and strong stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Solid experience within the HR domain.
Proven HR planning / workforce planning experience.
Experience analysing business processes and translating AS-IS → TO-BE.
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Professional fluency in Dutch and English.

Define and document TO-BE processes and business rules.
Analyse current HR planning tools and ways of working.
Investigate options for the future planning solution and assess fit.
Gather and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Perform impact analyses across processes, organisation, data and applications.
Work with HR and other stakeholders and challenge status quo.
Support the definition of solutions around shift, holiday, absence, and capacity planning.
Support testing, validation and implementation of the future solution.
