ING seeks an Expert Lead Growth Strategy to drive customer acquisition, development and retention in Belgium. You will partner with product, analytics and digital sales teams to develop a centralized growth strategy, coordinate cross-channel initiatives and deliver updates to executive leadership.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role requires a Master in Business or Engineering, MBA or equivalent, and fluency in English with Dutch or French

Competenze

• Master degree in Business or Engineering with MBA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in strategy consulting or similar field, up to Engagement Manager/Project Leader level.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Mansioni

• Act as senior strategic partner to Product Area Lead of Customer Interactions and Analytics and Tribe Lead of Growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams for personalization, analytics and digital sales.
• Develop centralized customer development strategy across tribes, segments and channels.
• Prepare and syndicate Growth updates to executive leadership (BoD, ExCo, etc.).
• Drive cross-channel commercial approaches and multi-channel optimization.
