Job summary
Accenture Belgium is seeking a Customer Advisory Consultant to shape client agendas, design customer experiences and drive growth through data-driven insights.
You will lead workstreams, mentor analysts, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative strategies. Fluency in Dutch or French and English is valued, with a background in consulting or project management and a Master’s degree.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting or related project management
- Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with growth, go-to-market, customer & distribution strategies
- Experience in digital/strategic transformation programs & value realization
- Proven ability to prepare materials and deliver presentations
Responsibilities
- Drive business development opportunities and deliver innovative business solutions
- Develop data-driven insights and formulate recommendations for clients
- Lead workstreams and collaborate with clients to achieve outcomes
- Coach analysts and junior consultants for skill development
- Contribute to thought leadership through publishing and knowledge sharing
