Sungrow Europe is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) based in BENELUX. You will take ownership of customer issues, provide on-site support, and perform installation and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have an electrical technician or engineer background, B2 proficiency in English and the local language, and a willingness to travel. This is a unique opportunity to grow your technical knowledge and work in a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer (understanding of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage).
• Domestic and English language skills at least at B2 level.
• Willingness to work on call duty.
• Experience with PV & Battery Storage solutions.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Interface between customers and Sungrow.

• Ensure up-to-date documentation for service contracts.

Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) – BENELUX

Welcome to your new role as our next Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE)! This role is centered in BENELUX and you will be site‑based with occasional home office. You will have a wide array of responsibilities, including:

• Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
• Interface between our customers and Sungrow.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
• Perform all on‑site installation, repair, maintenance, testing, upgrades or rework activities.
• Support Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
• Follow the applicable health and safety instructions and regulations.
• Ensure up‑to‑date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and upcoming service contracts and agreements.

Your profile

• Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer (understanding of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits, etc.).
• Domestic and English language skills at least at B2 level.
• Willingness to work on call duty.
• Experience with PV & Battery Storage solutions.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Willingness to travel around Benelux.
• Driving licence is required for this job.
