Job summary

Alistar is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead ERP implementations, align clients, consultants and stakeholders, and bring structure to complex projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies, acting as the central point of contact to keep everyone aligned and informed while driving decisions and delivery across Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Software Implementation Project Manager.
• Proven experience with ERP implementations from kickoff to delivery.

Job description

As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you’ll lead ERP implementations and ensure that clients, consultants, and other stakeholders work together toward a clear outcome. You’ll bring structure to complex projects, keep an eye on the big picture, and know when to zoom in on the details.

With your experience in ERP project management, you’ll keep a tight grip on scope, scheduling, budget, risks, and stakeholders. At the same time, for you, strong project management is all about people: setting clear expectations, facilitating decisions, and keeping the project team on board when the process gets more challenging.

Your Role as a Senior ERP Project Manager

Managing ERP implementations from kick-off to delivery, with clear direction and structure, even as projects become more complex

Monitor the scope, schedule, budget, and progress, and make timely adjustments when priorities or circumstances change

As the central point of contact, bring together clients, consultants, and other stakeholders and ensure expectations remain clear

Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early on and translate them into concrete actions and decisions

Foster ownership and collaboration within the project team, with a focus on achieving a strong, shared result

Facilitate status meetings and project discussions to drive decision-making forward and clarify next steps

Financial monitoring also receives the necessary attention, with budgeting, invoicing, and project administration as standard components

Use our accumulated expertise to further strengthen our project approach and share insights with colleagues

What are you bringing?

At least 5 years of relevant experience as an ERP Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Software Implementation Project Manager

Proven experience with ERP implementations, from kickoff and planning through to successful delivery

A solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is a major asset

Project planning, budget monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder management are all part of the candidate’s usual scope of work. This combination also aligns with the senior ERP profile deemed relevant for the position.
