Alistar is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to translate complex customer questions into robust, long-term solutions. You’ll work with .NET, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform, delivering both strong backend logic and user-friendly interfaces.

You’ll collaborate with analysts, make well-reasoned technical decisions, and contribute to architecture and future evolution. The role emphasizes quality, maintainability, and performance in an Agile environment.

• Minimum 5 years of development experience with strong .NET background.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred.
• Ability to independently analyze complex issues and make sound decisions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code with scalability in mind.

If Senior Full-Stack Developer You’ll use your experience to translate complex customer questions into robust, well-thought-out solutions that prove their value over the long term. You’ll work with .NET, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform, combining strong backend logic with user-friendly interfaces.

You look beyond the code itself. You understand the question behind the question, make informed technical decisions, and contribute ideas regarding quality, maintainability, and the future evolution of a solution.

Your Role as a Senior Full-Stack Developer

You will develop and maintain solutions within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform

When standard features aren't enough, you build extensions and deliver custom solutions in .NET

You'll work across the entire stack, from backend logic to user-friendly interfaces

Working alongside business analysts, you’ll analyze complex customer requests and translate them into sustainable technical solutions

You make well-reasoned technical decisions with a focus on quality, maintainability, and performance

You contribute critical insights on architecture, new features, optimizations, and best practices

You'll share your technical expertise with fellow developers and work closely with other disciplines

Through Azure DevOps, you'll work in Agile teams, often on long-term projects in the public sector

What are you bringing?

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a developer and a strong background in .NET

You have experience with Dynamics 365 and/or the Power Platform

You have sufficient technical expertise to independently analyze complex issues and make well-reasoned decisions

You write high-quality, maintainable code while taking into account the future evolution of a solution

You understand the business context behind a technical question and are not afraid to critically question existing solutions

You communicate easily with technical and functional colleagues and can clearly explain your technical decisions

You work independently, take ownership of your work, and actively seek collaboration when it strengthens the solution

You remain curious about technologies such as Azure Services, TypeScript, React, and Copilot Studio
