Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an R&D environment and lead electronics development projects from concept through production.

As the central coordinator, you will drive timelines, budgets and risks, coordinating electronics, embedded software, mechanical and systems engineers. You will maintain clear communication with management, suppliers and customers, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience managing electronics or technical R&D projects.
• Strong understanding of product development processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of electronics development, testing and validation.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision making abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage electronics R&D projects from concept through production.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate electronics, embedded software, mechanical and systems teams.
• Monitor progress, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Organise meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track development, testing and validation activities.
• Coordinate external suppliers and development partners.
• Maintain project documentation and planning throughout lifecycle.
• Communicate status, challenges and key decisions to management.
• Support transition of R&D to production and industrialisation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
