Chipright seeks a highly motivated and experienced Electronic Engineering Project Manager to work with our Belgium client, leading a team of 15 engineers. The successful candidate will coordinate 8–10 projects and align with stakeholders across the program.

Ideal applicants have a strong background in electronic design and PM methodologies, with 5–10 years of management experience in electronics and excellent people skills to drive delivery on time.

• 5–10 years PM experience in electronics industry.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• People skills to motivate project members to deliver on time.

Responsabilités

• Define projects with the Program Manager or Business Development Manager.
• Coordinate the execution of multiple small projects and keep stakeholders informed.
• Plan, monitor and report on budget and schedule.
• Perform small electronic design tasks if required.

• Coordinate the execution of several (small) projects, communication with all stakeholders.
• Realize and report on budget and planning.
• Perform (small) electronic design tasks if the project requires.
• Required knowledge and skills
• Strong background and experience in electronic design, architecture.
• Experience in project management methodologies.
• People skills to motivate project members to deliver on time.
• 5 - 10 years experience of project management in the electronics industry.
