Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a System Engineer to bridge R&D, Operations and Production, coordinating engineering activities across the product lifecycle.

You will work across mechanical, electronic and software disciplines, translating technical requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions and ensuring alignment with production needs.

This multidisciplinary role emphasizes system-level thinking, stakeholder management and clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, such as Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary engineering environment spanning mechanical, electronic and software systems.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle from R&D to manufacturing/production.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across technical teams.
• Structured problem-solving approach with ability to coordinate resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact between R&D, Operations and Production.
• Understand interaction of mechanical, electronic and software components and identify integration challenges.
• Coordinate activities transferring products from development into production.
• Investigate technical issues with engineers and production teams and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain clear technical documentation of system requirements, changes, and production processes.
• Monitor milestones and ensure progress across departments.
