WON seeks a senior digital designer to own end-to-end, high conversion experiences for premium DTC brands. You will redesign customer journeys, ship fast with AI-native workflows, and scale component libraries and design systems. Mastery of Figma MCP and Claude Design plus a strong portfolio are essential.

Work with a VP of Design and contribute to AI-powered design systems that accelerate production while maintaining design excellence and measurable impact on conversion and AOV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house.
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience with premium brands.
• A portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven.
• Mastery in Figma and design systems.
• Typography instincts with clear rationale for decisions.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Claude Design, Figma MCP) or willingness to integrate them.

Responsabilités

• Design high-conversion sites and landing pages for premium brands.
• Design the full customer journey: acquisitions, onboarding, PDP storytelling, cart and checkout, retention UX.
• Create growth creative: paid social pages, advertorials, quizzes, bundles and upsell frameworks.
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
• Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated assets to speed up production.
• Flag opportunities to turn workflows into repeatable systems or agents.
• Present work with data and customer insights to justify design decisions.
