Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• Shipped real B2B or SaaS products end to end.
• Able to own ambiguity and drive decisions.
• Customer-led design with evidence-based approach.
• Experience with AI/agent-based workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the design narrative for UX, UI, and the product overall.
• Lead end-to-end design from research to shipped screens.
• Turn ambitious product visions into simple, intuitive experiences for partners.
• Design how humans and AI agents work together with clear authority and escalation.
• Build and grow Introw's design system and craft standards across the company.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers; participate in real partner calls.
