Predikt is seeking a UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead design for enterprise-grade B2B software. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate discovery into delivery, balancing complexity with clear, efficient interfaces trusted by expert users.

You will shape end-to-end UX, run research workshops, and contribute to the design system, while leveraging AI to accelerate workflows and maintain rigorous output quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex B2B/enterprise SaaS products end-to-end, with research guiding decisions.
• Strong craft across interaction design, IA, prototyping, and usability.

Responsabilités

• Own UX design for complex product areas end-to-end.
• Plan and run your own research and workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Design workflows, information architecture, user flows, and prototypes.
• Work with the Design lead to take your own work from wireframe to high-fidelity.
• Work with the Design lead to build realistic prototypes using UI components and front-end code.
• Draft work items for the flows you design with Product.
• Contribute to the design system and ensure visual alignment.
• Use AI across workflow and verify outputs.
