Materialise Software is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of complex, enterprise-grade B2B software. You will own significant work from discovery through delivery, mentor teammates, and raise overall design quality while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.

You will work in a small, cross-functional team, plan and run research, and create robust information architectures, user flows, and realistic prototypes that integrate front-end code and AI tools to accelerate

Qualifications

8+ years of experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, SaaS, technical, or workflow-heavy products.
Evidence-based problem framing and validation before design.
Experience running independent research and workshops using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Strong craft across interaction design, user flows, information architecture, prototyping, and usability.
Proficiency building realistic prototypes using UI component libraries and production code.
Contributed to a design system with token concepts and cross-team usage.
Able to mentor others and lead decisions with clear documentation.
Excellent communication and openness to feedback.

Responsabilités

Own UX design for complex product areas end-to-end from discovery to handoff.
Plan and run user research and workshops with users and stakeholders.
Design workflows, information architecture, user flows, and prototypes for critique and sign-off.
Build realistic prototypes that behave like the product using component libraries and front-end code.
Contribute to the design system and collaborate with Product and Engineering early in the process.
Use AI across your workflow to move faster while verifying every output.
