Materialise is seeking a Senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experience to lead the design of complex, enterprise-grade B2B software. You will own significant design work and mentor others while collaborating with Product Management and Engineering.

As part of a small, cross-functional team, you’ll take design from discovery through delivery, plan research, validate decisions, and build realistic prototypes using UI libraries and production code.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, or SaaS products.
Evidence-based problem validation shaping design outcomes.
Ability to plan and run own research and workshops with mixed methods.
Strong craft across interaction design, user flows, IA, prototyping and usability.
Comfort with front-end integration: prototypes using component libraries and production code.
AI fluency with tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Copilot, and VS Code.

Responsabilités

Own UX design for complex product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery.
Plan and run research and workshops with users and stakeholders.
Design workflows, IA, user flows and prototypes including edge cases.
Build realistic prototypes that behave like the product using UI libraries and code.
Contribute to the design system and collaborate early with Product and Engineering.
Use AI across workflow and verify outputs carrying your name.
