Predikt is seeking a UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead design for enterprise‑grade B2B software. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering in a small, cross‑functional team, taking design from discovery through delivery.

The role emphasizes craft, realism in prototypes, and a practical use of AI to accelerate workflows. You will own end‑to‑end UX, from problem framing to handoff, and help evolve the design system while collaborating with a global, remote‑friendly team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex B2B/enterprise SaaS products end‑to‑end.

Responsabilités

• Own UX design for complex product areas end-to-end.
• Plan and run user research and workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Design workflows, IA, user flows and prototypes with edge cases.
• Produce build-ready wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Create realistic prototypes using UI component libraries and front-end code.
• Draft work items with Product to define flows and done criteria.
• Contribute to the design system and ensure visual alignment.
• Use AI across workflows while validating outputs under your name.
