Introw is seeking an experienced product designer to own end-to-end design—from research through shipped interfaces. You will shape UX, UI, and product narratives, turning ambitious concepts into simple experiences used by partners.

We value builders who advocate for users, think in systems, and polish the final details. You will collaborate with customers and engineers, and help grow a high bar across the craft.

Qualifications

• In love with the product and the craft; design is the point, not just a task.
• Ship end-to-end B2B or SaaS products; depth matters as much as years.
• Defend the user and product direction with principled stance.
• Own ambiguity, make calls, and move independently when needed.
• Think systems, but polish the last 5% for excellence.
• Fluent in Figma and Claude Design; fast from fuzzy problem to shipped screen.

Responsabilités

• Push the narrative on UX, UI, and product, shaping the future of Introw.
• Own end-to-end design from research to shipped flows.
• Turn broad product concepts into simple, obvious experiences.
• Design how humans and AI agents work together with clear control.
• Build and grow the design system and the craft bar.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers; participate in real partner calls.
• Set standards and help hire the designers who follow you.
