Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, is hiring a Staff Product Designer, Growth to join our dynamic team. You will own growth design initiatives across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, shaping high‑impact experiences for a global user base.

Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing; drive design system strategy, rapid prototyping, and A/B testing; mentor designers; and remove bottlenecks to speed delivery while keeping user value at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in product design with growth focus.
• At least 2 years as Staff Product Designer or equivalent.
• Strong UI/UX and visual design with advanced prototyping.
• Experience with growth metrics, activation, onboarding or retention.
• Portfolio showing AI-powered features or experiments.

Responsabilités

• Lead Growth Design Initiatives aligning with activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data analysts, and marketing to test hypotheses.
• Partner with Deel UI to drive design system strategy and motion design.
• Design, prototype, and test new features with rapid feedback loops and A/B testing.
• Mentor Product Designers and establish design practice rituals.
• Identify bottlenecks with product and engineering to streamline journeys.
• Navigate ambiguity to deliver impactful, strategic solutions.
• Communicate clearly to align teams around design decisions.
