Job summary

Arcadis Liège office seeks a seasoned document controller to support project deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis and client standards. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, data collection, and KPI monitoring, with travel to client sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in document control on large construction projects, fluent English and French, and strong proficiency in data management tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of document control experience on multi-million euro construction projects.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support production of project deliverables including drawings that are accurate and compliant with standards.
• Deliver or assist in managing projects or programmes within deadlines and budget.
• Present risks or issues to senior managers to ensure compliant delivery.
• Analyze data to identify themes and inform project decisions.
• Review processes and policies, advising on improvements.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve queries and provide high-quality information.
