Johnson & Johnson Beerse Distribution Center seeks a Senior Manager Distribution to lead a complex global distribution operation, ensuring the right product is delivered in good condition, with proper documentation, at the right time and cost.

You will translate business objectives into clear priorities, drive compliance (cGMP/GTP) and EH&S, and collaborate with the European Distribution Network to roll out the network strategy and manage its Beerse impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Complex Distribution Operation: Oversee worldwide, specialised, and cold-storage distribution.
• Drive cGMP/GTP Compliance: Define objectives, roles, and actions to ensure compliance across the organization.
• Champion Environment, Health & Safety: Define EH&S objectives, roles, and monitoring across all levels.
• Own the Distribution Process: DC operations, admin management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
