Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Distribution Network Manager based in Beerse or La Louvière, Belgium. You will lead the Network Support Team within the Deliver Hubs organization, ensuring reliable distribution across European hubs and alignment with market needs.
You will drive hiring, training and mentoring, manage performance metrics, and secure compliant, timely repack and relabeling activities while partnering with stakeholders across the distribution ecosystem to deliver
Qualifications
- 8+ years in an international environment
- Experience in logistics, customer service, manufacturing or planning
- Proven experience in people management
- Experience in project execution with lean/PM tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Change management experience (process/organization)
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, mentor and develop team members to ensure needed skills
- Collaborate across the network for end-to-end improvements
- Ensure performance metrics (people, service, budget) are on target
- Oversee repack and relabeling activities to ensure quality
- Ensure safety, quality, process compliance and audit readiness
