Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Distribution Network Manager based in Beerse or La Louvière, Belgium. You will lead the Network Support Team within the Deliver Hubs organization, ensuring reliable distribution across the European network and alignment with market needs.

We seek a senior logistics professional with 8+ years in international environments, proven people leadership, and experience with ERP systems like SAP. English required; Dutch or French a plus. Travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering /supply chain/ business MBA, FPX, Lean Green Belt/Black Belt, APICS are considered a plus.
• +8 years international experience in logistics, customer service, manufacturing or planning.
• Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional improvements.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and mentor your team to ensure capability to meet changing needs.
• Build a culture of trust and high engagement within the organization.
• Collaborate across the network to drive end-to-end improvements across departments.
• Ensure performance metrics (people, service, budget) are on target and take action when needed.
• Oversee repack and relabeling activities with flawless execution.
