Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Deliver Hubs Project Lead, located in Beerse and La Louvière, Belgium. You will drive end-to-end distribution improvements for the European network, from manufacturing to final customers, while leading cross-functional initiatives.

You will manage change projects, ensure KPI targets, and maintain GXP compliance, with strong collaboration and global scope. Be part of a team focused on robust, agile distribution strategies.

Qualifications

• +5 years working experience in an international environment.
• Professional experience in logistics, customer service, manufacturing and/or planning.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and lead projects and grow within a role.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills towards both the shop floor and senior management, able to lead in a diplomatic way.
• Project Management experience, proven expertise applying decision-making and project management tools.
• Language: English is a requirement, French and or Dutch are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple change control projects for distribution centers in Beerse and La Louviere.
• Responsible for KPIs On-Time Launch, On-Time Shipped and Delivered for your projects.
• Secure flawless execution of GXP processes.
• Initiate and inspire improvement projects throughout the distribution network across departments.
• Ensure safety, quality, process compliance and audit readiness.
• Engage actively throughout the network and collaborate on end-to-end improvements.
• Inspire team members to achieve high service levels.
